Mid Winter Xmas Cakes
I was asked to make 2 mid winter Christmas cakes for a church dinner, the colour scheme was pink and white so this it what I came up with, I only had 3 days notice.
Chocolate Mud cake with Chocolate Ganache
Banana Cake with Chocolate ganache
